Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of SEOCells, a service of InfraQR Solutions LLP. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

1. The service

SEOCells analyses public web pages and produces scores, reports and draft content. SEOCells does not change your website.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.

3. Free allowance, plans and credits

The SEO score and the AEO score each include one free run per day, per account and per network. Further runs, growth reports and other analyses are paid for in credits; each run shows its cost before it starts, and a run that fails is not charged. See pricing.

4. Acceptable use

Analyse only websites you own or are authorised to work on. Do not create accounts to get around the free allowance, try to break or overload the service, or copy SEOCells’ methods, signals or reports for resale.

5. Intellectual property

You keep your rights in what you submit and in the reports produced for you. InfraQR Solutions LLP keeps all rights in the SEOCells software, its proprietary signals, models and methods.

6. Analysis is advisory

Scores and reports are recommendations. No tool can guarantee a search ranking or a mention in an AI answer, and you decide which changes to make.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, InfraQR Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the analysis.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using SEOCells at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. InfraQR Solutions LLP can suspend accounts that break these terms.
