Privacy notice

This notice explains how InfraQR Solutions LLP (“SEOCells”) handles personal data on seocells.ai and in the SEOCells app. Questions go to [email protected].

What SEOCells collects

• Account data: your email address, and your name if you give one. Email addresses are stored encrypted.
• Workspace data: the websites and keywords you submit, the reports and scores produced, and your conversations with the assistant.
• Billing data: your plan, credit balance and payment records. Card details go to the payment processor, never to SEOCells.
• Usage limits: the network address a free run comes from, to apply the daily free allowance fairly.
• Messages you send through the contact or consultant form, and security records such as sign-in events.

How SEOCells uses it

To run the analyses you request, deliver reports in the app and by email, bill for credits, keep the service secure, reply to your messages and improve the product. SEOCells does not sell personal data.

Cookies

Sign-in cookies keep you signed in and remember your workspace; a preference cookie remembers appearance settings on this device.

Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Until then no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set.

Service providers

SEOCells uses providers for cloud hosting, AI model processing, search result data, email delivery and payments. Each receives only the data needed for its task.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting [email protected]. Report and score emails can be turned off in the app under Account.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date in the page data changes with it.
